    Abstract: 本研究主要目的是探討自我導向學習、自我效能、職涯資本及社會支持之間的關係,並分析自我效能在自我導向學習與職涯資本間之中介效果、社會支持在自我效能與職涯資本間之調節效果。本研究以取得學士學位以上之工作者(含碩士在職專班學生)為研究對象,問卷共回收313份有效問卷;並透過描述性統計分析、驗證性因素分析、相關分析、複迴歸分析等統計方法探討變數間的關係。 本研究以複迴歸分析進行主要的假設驗證,經實證分析結果顯示如下:一、自我導向學習對自我效能有顯著性正向影響。二、自我導向學習對職涯資本有顯著性正向影響。三、自我效能對職涯資本有顯著性正向影響。四、自我效能在自我導向學習與職涯資本間具部份中介效果。五、社會支持對自我效能與職涯資本不具調節效果。 最後,依據研究結果,本研究提出結論與建議供後續研究參考。關鍵詞:自我導向學習、自我效能、職涯資本、社會支持。
    The study is to explore the relationships among self-oriented learning, self-efficacy, career capital, and social support. Meanwhile, the mediating effect of self-efficacy between self-oriented and career capital, and moderating effect of social support between self-efficacy and career capital are conducted.The research object is workers obtained bachelor’s degree. A total of 313 valid questionnaires were collected. The statistical method of descriptive statistical analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis are used in the study to explore the relationships among variables.The empirical results of the study are shown as follows.1. Self-directed learning has a significant positive effect on self-efficacy.2. Self-directed learning has a significant positive impact on career capital.3. Self-efficacy has a significant positive impact on career capital.4. Self-efficacy has a partially mediating effect between self-directed learning and career capital. 5. Social support has no moderating effect on self-efficacy and career capitalBased on the results of the study, there are some concrete conclusions and suggestions provided as references in the future study.Keywords: Self-directed learning, Self-efficacy, Career capital, Social support
