This study focuses on the relationships among safety climate, work stress, and job engagement. Meanwhile, the mediating effect of work stress between safety climate and job engagement and the moderating effect of perceived health promotion activities between work stress and job engagement are explored in the study. In this study, a total of 356 valid questionnaires were collected. The statistical methods of descriptive statistical analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the data. The empirical results of the study showed as follows.1. Safety climate has a significantly negative influence on work pressure.2. Work pressure has a significantly negative influence on job engagement.3. Safety climate has a significantly positive influence on job engagement.4. Work pressure has a partially mediating effect between safety climate and job engagement.5. Perceived health promotion activities have a moderating effect between work pressure and job engagement.Based on the results of the study, there are some concrete conclusions and suggestions provided as references in the future study.
