    Abstract: 醫護的繼續教育及院內外在職教育,目的在增加醫護人員自身的學識,與訓練在臨床工作能完整運用所學,並且提高其資訊素養,減輕資訊科技帶來的壓力與不適。為了提供更有效的持續醫學教育,最近趨勢是將翻轉學習的方法應用於其中。翻轉學習是強調教師將事先錄製的或他人錄製的影片上傳到雲端學習平台,上課前學生自行至平台觀看學習,課堂上則以師生互動討論,取代傳統單向授課的教學方式。本研究所運用之知識管理系統,係以 Moodle 為主,須先進入院內網路系統才能使用,屬於SPOCs的一種。本研究以某南部區域教學醫院為研究對象,探討翻轉教育運用在醫護繼續教育,對持續學習意圖之影響。 研究以「科技準備度」、「資訊系統接受後持續使用模式」、「習慣」,建構本研究之研究模式,過去研究發現使用者使用網路行為中,將「習慣」定義成「人會因先前重複學習的結果,而不自覺的去執行某種行為」。 研究發現醫護教育水平及日常生活上常運用到資訊科技相關事務,平時對醫療相關訊息也是運用網路資訊所獲得,相對在科技準備度上,在使用翻轉式教育學習平台會有較高的意願及滿意度,也比較願意嘗試翻轉式教育學習平台,面臨使用翻轉式教育學習平台時有比較正面的思考態度,從而得到滿意的使用經驗,並且可能會進ㄧ步影響週遭的人ㄧ起使用。而習慣若是因此養成,習慣對持續使用意圖的影響就會起加乘作用。
    The purpose of Continuing medical education (CME) and in-service education inside/outside the hospital was to increase medical knowledge, train clinical skills for healthcare providers (HCPs). To enhance their information technology literacy, it is necessary to minimize the stress and discomfort which caused by information technology. In order to provide more effective continuing medical education, the recent trend is to apply the method of reversing learning(FC). FC could also be called blended learning, it emphasizes to provide more efficient CME. Teachers will upload the film which recorded by teachers or others to the cloud platform before the classes.. Students watch lectures and discuss online before classes, and do research at home. Therefore, the traditional one-way teaching methods was replaced by an concept teaching classroom. The use of knowledge management system in study is based on Moodle, which belongs to SPOCs. This study aims to explore how a FC imported into CME impacts the intention of continuous learning for a district hospital in southern Taiwan. The research model of study was constructed by 〝Technology Readiness Index (TRI)〞, “A post-acceptance model of IS continuance〞,Habit〞 to . According to the prrevious studies, , the "habit of the Internet user" is defined as "people will be the results of previous repetitive learning, not to carry out some kind of conscious behavior."The study found that information technology was often used in healthcare education and daily life The medical information was also got by network information. On Technology Readiness Index (TRI), the use of FC platform increases the use willingness, satisfaction and the willing to try using FC platform. FC platform can also help users having more positive thinking attitude, so as to get a satisfactory experience. If the habit is developed, the habit of the use intention will play a multiplication effect.
