    Title: 長方柱包覆運用在五軸工具機之防碰撞偵測

    Abstract: 本研究目的主要在於加速五軸CNC工具機的即時防碰撞偵測技術,由於五軸工具機多了兩個旋轉軸,在五軸同動時,會較難預料機台的移動路徑,本研究將針對將五軸工具機做長方柱包覆,在五軸同動的情況下,如何針對五個軸做加速防碰撞偵測為研究。本文以長方柱包覆的方式建立機台,第一階段利用R-tree做為搜尋碰撞可能會包含的長方柱範圍,避免其他不可能會發生碰撞的長方柱做多餘的計算,第二階段則針對可能會發生碰撞的長方柱進行分離軸測試。本文提供了兩種包覆方法,分別為簡單長方柱包覆以及表面包覆,兩者的貢獻在於簡單長方柱包覆可以較快速的對模型做包覆,表面包覆則是運用在較複雜的零件,可以使包覆完的形狀較接近物體的形狀。在第四章的實驗數據中兩階段的碰撞方法比傳統的只利用三角網格法還要快速,在簡單長方柱中,有使用R-Tree碰撞時間中改善了175倍,改良後使用R-Tree碰撞時間改善了245倍,在未碰撞時間中,使用R-Tree未碰撞時間中改善了51倍,改良後使用R-Tree未碰撞時間改善了108倍。在表面包覆中,有使用R-Tree碰撞時間比傳統的只利用三角網格法中改善了722倍,改良後使用R-Tree碰撞時間改善了1407倍,在未碰撞時間中,比傳統的只利用三角網格法使用R-Tree未碰撞時間中改善了586倍,改良後使用R-Tree未碰撞時間改善了942倍
    AbstractThe purpose of this study is mainly to accelerate the five-axis CNC machine tool, because the five-axis machine has two rotating axis,when the five-axis move together,it will be more difficult to predict the machine's moving path, this study will focus on five-axis tooling machine to do the long side of the box cover, in the case of five-axis synchronous motion, on how to do for the five shaft anti-collision detection for the study.In this paper, the five-axis machine is built in a rectangular box,in the first stage, use R-tree to search for a rectangle that may collide, and the other square can be avoided to count. The second stages are tested for separation axis for rectangular columns that may collide.In this paper, two kinds of methods are provided, which are simple rectangular column wrapping and surface wrapping. The contribution of the two is that the simple rectangular column wrapping can cover the model more quickly, and the surface wrapping can be use in more complex parts,it can make the finished shape closer to the shape of the object.In the experimental data in Chapter 4, using the two-stage collision method is faster than the traditional triangular mesh method. In the simple rectangular column wrapping,using the R-Tree method’s collision time is improved by 175 times, and then using the improvement R -Tree is improved by 245 times, and using the R-Tree method’s non collision time is improved by 51 times `, using the improvement R -Tree non collision time improved by 108 times,In the surface wrapping, using of R-Tree collision time than the traditional use of triangular mesh method improved 722 times,using improvement R-Tree collision time improved by 1407 times. In the non collision time, using R-Tree method is improved 586 times , using improvement R -Tree method improved by 942 times.
