    Title: 智慧服務創新對員工的影響研究-以K機車製造業為例;The Effects Research of Smart Service Innovation on the Employees- A Case Study of K Motor Industry.

    Abstract: 對傳統機車製造產業而言,物聯網的應用概念,從此行業別參與之資訊應用能力來觀察,普遍性還是在簡單的應用階段,儘管如此,物聯網的應用模式,卻已是各家機車廠商認為是企業創造差異化競爭力極其重要的工具。本研究是參酌過去學者研究有關創新理論的觀點,傳統機車製造業在發展智慧服務創新產品,探討對專案成員在工作壓力及協同合作設計上的影響。本研究在方法上採用文獻分析法及訪談法,研究對象採立意抽樣選取樣本,訪談對象為參與智慧服務創新產品的開發專案成員。為了多角度的方式去蒐集訪談資料,在各部門單位中分類選定受訪者共計十七位,訪談後的資料是以樣版式分析法來進行分析,再推導出結論。專案成員所面臨的工作壓力其涵蓋範圍有「工作負荷」、「經理角色」、「人際關係」、「生涯與成就」、「組織結構與氣氛」、「工作與家庭平衡」構面,可用來解釋專案成員感受工作壓力時最大的變異。另外,專案成員在協同合作設計上其涵蓋範圍有「技術移轉」、「知識價值鏈」、「研發管理」、「創新管理」、「專案管理」構面,可用來解釋專案成員感受協同合作設計時最大的變異。最後再依據研究結果整理工作壓力與協同合作設計及其相關因素,做出結論,並提出建議供機車製造業者做為參考之依據。
    In the traditional locomotive manufacturing industry.The concept of application of the Internet of Things,From the industry to participate in the application of information to observe the ability,Universality is still in the simple application stage.despite this,but it is Various locomotive manufacturers that is the creation of differentiated competitiveness of enterprises is extremely important tool.This study is based on the past scholars to study the theory of innovation point of view,Traditional locomotive manufacturing industry in the development of intelligent service innovation products,To explore the impact of project members on job stress and collaborative design.Literature analysis and interviews were used in this study,purposively sampling samples were used in this study object,Interviews are members of development projects that participate in innovative service innovation products.In order to multi-angle way to collect interviews,A total of 17 respondents were selected from six departments unit.After the interview data, the analysis is based on the Template analysis method,and then deduce the conclusion. Project members’ job stress included "work load," "manager role," "interpersonal relationship," "career development and achievement," "organizational structure and atmosphere," "work and family balance," dimensions, can be used to explain the variation in Project members when maximum job stress of feeling.In addition,Project members’ collaborative design faced by its scope has "Technology Transfer," " Knowledge Value Chain ," "R & D Management," "Innovation Management," "Project Management," dimensions, can be used to explain the variation in Project members when maximum collaborative design of feeling.Finally, finishing job stress and collaborative design and related factors based on the results; draw conclusions and make recommendations for the management of Manufacture of Motorcycle industry as a reference basis.
