    Abstract: 近年來,馬拉松在國內已成為熱門運動項目,然而,在賽事品質參差不齊之下,容易讓跑者暴露在風險之中,因此本研究開發出一款智慧型手機適地性馬拉松APP-Racing Time,目的在於改善跑者在地理位置方面所遇到的不便與問題。本文以使用者為中心觀點進行開發設計Racing Time,亦即透過反覆設計與試測評估,以期達到使用者友善。在方法上,採用快速而非正式觀察法、深度訪談法、放聲思考法與問卷調查法,探究Racing Time是否具備優使性。在互動設計流程中,首先透過需求分析歸納馬拉松跑者遇到的問題;其次進行對手分析,找出現有健身教練APP的優點與缺失,以作為Racing Time設計參考;接著著手開發Racing Time原型。經三次反覆設計與試測評估後,發現原型設計三在使用性目標與使用者經驗目標方面已獲得相當高的滿意度,並成為值得開發的架構,其中,比較特別的是「給我救援」與「即時語音訊息」兩個功能,從訪談中得知,馬拉松跑者在比賽情境中對此有迫切性需求,因此為Racing Time不可或缺的重要功能。最後,本研究彙整出Racing Time改善建議總表,並建立出原型設計四與資訊架構圖,提供給未來設計者參考。
    In recent years, marathon has become popular in Taiwan. Because of the uneven service levels in marathon, runners exposed to the risk. Therefore, this research aimed to resolve the inconvenience and problems related to location information, and developed a location-based mobile APP for marathon runners which was named as Racing Time.This study employed a user-centered approach to design the Racing Time. In order to achieve user-friendly, iterative design and evaluation was required. For the purpose of evaluating usability of the Racing Time, the techniques included quick and dirty observation, interview, think aloud and questionnaire. There were three steps in the interaction design process. First, the requirement analysis for summarizing the problems that marathon runners encounterd during the race. Secondly, the competitor analysis was carried out to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the existing fitness APPs. Finally, starting to develop the Racing Time prototype.Through three times of iterative design and usability testing, it was found that the Prototype 3 of the Racing Time got high scores in the usability goals and user experience goals, and had become worthy of development architecture. It was worth noting that “Rescue” and "Real-time voice message" is important and essential for marathon runners in the race. As a result, this paper summarized the table of improvement proposal, presented the Prototype 4 and redesign architecture chart for following developer.
