目前人資管理出勤資料是藉由數位化的方式來簡化行政作業,但數位化的部分僅為後端的系統分析及報表,前端仍然是使用傳統的打卡鐘或指紋識別。本研究嘗試透過行動載具之藍牙(Bluetooth Low Energy)技術來改善前端打卡流程,實作後端簽到系統,提供彙整出勤資料,並結合資訊推播,使重要資訊能快速推送至前端載具,其中前端打卡採用iBeacon技術,後端採用MQTT資訊傳播,並透過Web API使前後兩端資訊能無縫整合。本研究建置完成,由中小企業人員實際操作,並進行問卷回收,透過科技接受模型、資訊系統成功模式等實證研究方法加以驗證,本研究在改善前端打卡流程及訊息傳播證明是有效的。 Currently, the attendance data of human resource management can be processed via digital approach to simplify the administrative procedure. However, the process of digitization is only for the back-end solution to analyze data and show some reports. The front-end solution to improve the traditional time clock or fingerprint identification is still limited. Therefore, this research attempts to improve the front-end punch-in process to be a digital system with the Bluetooth Low Energy Technology of the mobile device such that the attendance procedure can be processed easily and quickly. In this research, based on the new trend of technology, we proposed a system called “Beacon Attendance” to solve the problem of traditional systems.The system of Beacon Attendance can improve the degree of user experience in contrast to the traditional solution. In order to let the system of front-end punch time clock more efficient, we not only apply the Beacon Technology to simulate the proximity behavior, but also use the MQTT to tightly connect attendance information to the back-end database. Furthermore, we design a Web API to let employees use their own smartphone to seamlessly integrate into the front-end system of Beacon Attendance. Moreover, to prove the performance of the system of Beacon Attendance System, we applied the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and Information Systems Success Model to make more consideration and verification about the developing systems. Finally, this study has shown that the new approach of the front-end process with Beacon, and back-end message propagation with IOTs obtained a great improvement.
