    Abstract: 本論文共分為兩大部分,其一為使用多顆電晶體設計成的分散型切換器,從電路設計概念開始說明分散型切換器在布局面積及特性中的取捨。接著是電路設計的步驟,從電晶體選擇開始並比較不同階數的設計對於特性的影響,最後以電磁模擬修正電路佈局。其二為使用阻抗轉換的概念設計出阻抗轉換電路並結合切換器的設計,電路介紹從電路設計概念開始,說明阻抗轉換電路的概念並搭配Smit-Chart觀察其阻抗變化的過程。接著是設計步驟,從觀察電晶體阻抗開始設計阻抗轉換電路,最後以電磁模擬修正電路佈局。兩者於GaAs 15 nm製程中實現晶片布局。關鍵字:38 GHz,切換器電路
    This thesis including two parts, one is using numbers of HEMT to designdistributed switch, introducing the concept of distributed switch and the balance between circuit performance and layout size. Continues with the design steps, start from choosing the size of HEMT, and then compare the effect of multi stages to performance, finally using EM model to fix circuit layout. Another is using the impedance transform circuit to design the switch circuit, started from introducing the concept of impedance transform circuit and show the process by Smith-Chart. And then comes with design steps, begin with check impedance of HEMT and design impedance transform circuit, finally fix layout with EM model. Both design are realize in GaAs 15 nm process.Keywords:38 GHz,switch
